Cavidagel® Ag is a sterile, latex-free, pH-neutral, amorphous hydrogel containing silver and alginate particles, which creates a unique combination of moisturizing and absorbent properties and provides an optimal environment for wound healing.
Cavidagel® Ag moisturizes necrotic tissues when needed, absorbs waste and exudate as needed, facilitates autolytic debridement and healing of moist wounds. It contains silver, which acts as an antimicrobial agent against a wide range of microorganisms and bacteria.
LaproFlex
The LaproFlex is a steerable laparoscopic instrument designed to enhance surgical precision and flexibility. It features a 60° bend angle and 360° tip rotation, allowing surgeons to manipulate instruments with greater control. The ergonomic handle supports intuitive operation, and the instrument does not require installation as it fits a 5 mm trocar. It has a 320 mm shaft length, providing optimal access and maneuverability in minimally invasive procedures.
The LaproFlex offers various models like dissectors, graspers, scissors, and hooks to suit different surgical needs.
